Requires the task force to identify challenges in navigating the requirements for licensure, accreditation and apprenticeships for health care providers. Requires the task force to submit a report to an interim committee of the Legislative Assembly related to health care no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets December 31, 2026. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
