Digest: The Act tells the ODE to study the workload of some health practitioners who work in schools. (Flesch Readability Score: 80.0). Requires the Department of Education to conduct a study to determine the appropriate number of students on a workload for a school-based health practitioner who is a speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist or physical therapist.
