Requires a coordinated care organization to render a decision on a behavioral health provider's request to contract with the coordinated care organization within 30 days after the coordinated care organization receives a complete application and to reimburse a contracted behavioral health provider retroactively to the date that the provider submitted a complete enrollment application to the authority that resulted in the assignment of a provider identification number. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
