Directs the authority and the department to convene a task force to assist in the development and implementation of the portal. Requires the authority and the department to report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly on [the implementation of] their progress in developing and implementing the portal. Directs the authority to study past barriers to and potential solutions for establishing a centralized system for health care practitioner credentialing information and report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly on the authority's findings and recommendations. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
