Changes the name of the Board of Licensed Dietitians to the Board of Licensed Dietitians and Nutritionists. Allows a licensed dietitian and a licensed nutritionist to provide services via telehealth. Prohibits a person from [engaging in the practice of dietetics or the practice of nutrition] providing medical nutrition therapy, or from using specified titles and abbreviations, without a license. Makes exceptions to the licensure requirement. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
