Digest: The Act directs the OHA to study ways to increase some people's access to mental health care and to set up a grant program for those people to access mental health care. Requires the authority to report findings of the study to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health. Requires the authority to administer a pilot program to provide grants to hospitals and their community partners to form regional partnerships to increase capacity to provide care for individuals who have been civilly committed or who have complex mental or behavioral health needs. Declares an emergency, effective on July 1, 2025.
